How to try the Stock Opname by Gravita Tech demo

All data in this demo is sample data and stays in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Four demo accounts. On the sign-in screen, press "Masuk dengan akun ini" under one account:

  • PIC Klien (Bu Wulan): counts stock and signs the results.
  • Penyetuju: signs the write-off record and approves the adjusting journal.
  • Staf TAS (Rina): tests, reconciles, values and drafts the journal.
  • Reviewer TAS (Sari): signs reports and publishes recommendations.

Two demo stages. Choose them in the demo bar at the top (on a phone, open "Demo options" first; press "EN" for English labels):

  • "Count day" (31 Dec 2026): sign in as Bu Wulan, press "Buka penghitungan", choose "Toko 1", enter the counts, write the counter's name, sign (or type a name and press "Pakai nama ini"), then press "Tanda tangani dan kirim". Then sign in as Rina to see the result on the dashboard.
  • "Adjustment" (January to April 2027): sign in as Rina and start from "Uji cut-off", then follow the card on each account's home screen.

Tours. In the "Count day" stage, press "Start tour". In the "Adjustment" stage, choose "Adjustment tour" (steps 10 to 15) or "Reporting tour" (steps 16 to 23, to the season end). Press "Next" at each step. A tour uses fresh sample data; if you changed anything, the demo asks first. "Close tour" stops it.

No signal. Switch on "Simulate no signal" while counting: results are kept on the phone and sent when you switch it off.

Start again. "Reset data" returns both stages to the start.

Language. "ID", "EN" and "JA" change the demo bar and tours; the portal screens stay in Indonesian.
